Judge denied my case and this group dropped me as a client and refused to appeal. Two months later I almost died from a stroke and heart attack due to my health issues. If they would have appealed my case I would have received two years of back pay, but they refused to appeal and I lost two years of back pay. The lawyer dismissed herself over the phone on her way to another clients house in her car and refused to let me speak! The back pay was needed to pay off loans. Now I am starting all over with a new law firm. We have already had one hearing. Now, we wait until 2026. Once I finish this I will see if I can seek damages from this group. Good luck. Hire local and get all your medical files in order instead of counting on your lawyers to get them.

Helped me win my case after waiting years

This firm was horrible. They did exactly nothing I could not and did not even get to speak with attorney until after my claim was approved, only to be told they could not help me straighten out an online banking snafu. There are other firms that handle disability claims. I cannot speak to their repesentation either, but I cannot imagine they are any worse.

Do not recommend. They are not located in San Jose, even California. Thanks for wasting my time how can he get away with a bait and switch? You say you're in San Jose, California but you're not

The team was great to work with and handled every aspect of my disability case, from the gathering of all medical reports and imaging, to the timely filing with the Social Security Disability Administration.
