Stay clear of this company. After a real estate purchase was lawfully canceled by both sides, this company took nearly a month to return my down payment. First they sent a check rather than following my instructions to wire, then the check was lost, and when I requested they stop payment and wire the money, they seemed to think they needed the check to stop payment. What?? Over a week after the stop payment was fully confirmed by their bank, they finally sent my money. They are very incompetent. Go elsewhere for your escrow!
