When i do my reviews it based solely on my experience. With that being said nobody has to agree or like it. My experience with Mr Varner is not a good one. I contacted this firm in February 2023 after speaking with Ashley i was told to drop my paperwork off. Which I did on Feb 15 2023. Well I actually didn't get a call to come in until July 2023 to discuss the case. Well it was at that time basically i was told that he wouldn't be able to take the case. I sent a few messages to get an update because I know there is a statue. I gave time from Feb 2023 until April 2023. He said he was still reviewing. I checked once in May 2023 I was told to give after the Memorial day holiday Well I didn't hear anymore until July 12th. I know there were a lot of pages but from Feb 2023 until June 2023 at least I could have received a call stating if he thought I had a potential case. With that being said. After I was told he couldn't do. I actually found an attorney that would have but guess what I was 1 month pass the time to get the prelawsuit paperwork started. That attorney asked me who held my paperwork so long? at that point I just gave up. If he would have communicated better I could have moved on. My paperwork was held 5 months before I got an answer that could have been given on the phone. Like I stated this is my experience. May anyone who use firm good luck and definitely keep communication open and timely.
