STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!! When I found about an old judgement I had when I was broke in college 2014. I called these people trying to pay it. The receptionist that answer the phone was nonchalant and rude. She told me to email an ask for pay off amount and it would take 7-10 days. Okay cool I sent it to Balance department and - I waited over those days!! I called a called a called to speak with the woman Kayla in that department an every time she wasn’t in she was on lunch, on a break, out the office just everywhere but working. Kayla prolonged the process so long it’s a shame!! It wasn’t until I got my lawyer involved a sent her a settlement demand letter requesting that she give me my payoff amount! That’s when she finally responded!!! Once she got the demand she responded back in 5 minutes - yet she made me wait over 10 days for something that took 5 minutes to do!!!! Never again!!! I’ll never use this company in LIFE they will never get another dime from me - not even my Children nor my Children’s Children!!!

Worst company EVER! They are very rude and they don’t keep their records in the system like they are supposed to!

This place is highway robbery, rude employees, staff is beyond terrible. Whoever the receptionist needs to be fired and be locked away . No one is available to speak. More fees are added with no explanation. The only way this company is in business is because of the money they take from people. Terrible place, terrible employees, revoke all the lawyers that are associated with Roger’s, Payne, and lil Carter !

This law firm is beyond unprofessional and is not helpful at all. It’s rare that you get someone to answer your calls and emails. If someone does respond to you, it’s never the same person and you can never get a direct answer. Visiting the law firm is horrible. No one greets you when you walk in, there is literally staff in pajamas, and everyone seems to be confused when you ask for help with an issue. I’ve never been given the chance to speak to an attorney directly. I’ve been trying to get my matter with this firm resolved for months but the staff all acts as if no one knows what it going on. The staff is also lying as if my matter has not been resolved when it has been and is stealing money from me at this point because I’ve been paid what I owe. I suggest that everyone in the same situation as me obtain an attorney and write a letter to report this firm to the Louisiana Disciplinary Board because that is what I’m currently doing. I wouldn’t recommend this firm to anybody and if I could, I wouldn’t leave any stars because that’s how horrible they are. They have no regard for the clients and that is sad.

If you have to deal with this company your in for a load of bs ! everything about is slimey !

Very unprofessional. Takes forever to respond to an email and when you call they are not very helpful. Update: I will be filing legal complaint. I talked to someone at FDCPA.

They are garnishing me now and I am absolutely done with them. They want to make me pay $45 just to get a letter showing my balance showing that I am finished paying and they still taking out of my check if they continue to take out of my check, knowing that I am finished paying I am going to reporting all the news stations.

Garnishment has been paid off as of. December 2024 they have taken 3 of my checks after it begin paid off for no reason. I have called for months and said my money will be returned to me at the end of the month. Why are they still taking my money.

LONG POST In my opinion, this company (law Firm) provides the least competent customer support. I am still attempting to recoup the overpayment of more than $1,000.00. I clearly understood that a debt had to be paid and that debt has been paid in full the debt was paid in full on 11/25/. It didn't take them long to obtain the money, but it is like an act of Congress to return my money. I was told a check would be mailed to me for the overpayment. Mind you I followed there instruction about communicating with them through email. I sent an email dated for 12/5 and as of today 12/16/ no response. I was so upset that I called today only to be told something different and that the bookkeeper would get back to me when she has received the file. So me doing due diligence work because I need my funds return, I called the sheriff office only to be told that this law firm didn’t get the judge to sign off until 12/12/ again two weeks after I paid my debt in full. but now I've been informed that my overpayment must be returned to the sheriff's office, who will then forward it to my employer. The holidays are currently upon us, so perhaps some next year I can get my money back. I make an effort to act professionally when I deal with them, but the attitudes they display are reprehensible. It is not there money it is mine and i just wanted to have it back . RUDE is who they are.

Horrible communication and rude for absolutely no reason whatsoever. They barely answer the phone and when they do they can’t answer any questions you have, tell you to send an email that goes weeks without answering. They truly need training on customer service and communication.

Would leave a 0 star if possible. A family member has a garnishment being handled by this law firm. First problem is they are holding more than what was agreed upon in court. Second, he just found out his ex works here and has accessed his personal information and giving this information to other people that are not affiliated with this attorney office. How is that even legal? Oh yeah, it’s not.

I never seen nobody who makes it soooo hard to pay a debt off! Why do a person have to wait 7-10 business days just to pay yall off? You would rather let people gain more interest than to just send them or tell them how much you need to pay off a debt! I do not recommend and I wish loan companies would stop using sorry tail law firms like this! Even offered to drive to them they still saying 7-10 business days! I hate this place
