Horrible customer service. I left several messages at this place for a return call. Took forever for me to get someone on the phone.

Who would think you can have a positive experience with a debt collection agency? Well, look no further! Kimberly Sims was empathetic to a minor mistake and is fantastic to work with. They're persistent, orderly, and fast to respond. I would certainly recommend Townsend to any business out there.

Awful to deal with. I have no doubt they perfectly follow the law but they're rude in their interactions and give absolutely no leeway in dealing or explaining things.

Worse experience possible. Missed deadlines because they didn't do their job.
