We went for a meeting to close a conservation easement with Glacial Lakes Conservancy and Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewage District. The building was sparkling clean, parking was available in front and the meeting room was very comfortable. The receptionist was warm and friendly providing a nice touch to our experience by providing water and coffee. The coffee was welcomed as it was a cold, wet and windy afternoon. It was a great way to finalize our conservation easement.
