I am extremely thankful for the outstanding support I received from attorney Scott Huete and paralegal Jordan Banks. Scott made sure to provide reassurance throughout every step of the legal process, which truly helped ease my stress and gave me confidence during a challenging time. Ron Austin Law completely lied and strung us along for over three years in my wife's Phillips case. They mistakenly sent a letter to her home address stating that her husband is deceased. My family was listening on speaker phone multiple times, with them telling us she would be in the second upper tier. That means $80,000. Then they said the least she would get was $10,000. Then they said that $4,000 was the least. Now, after four years of jumping through hoops and doing everything they asked for, we get an email that she doesn't qualify for anything. My wife used the recalled machine for over two years, and we provided medical records stating she inhaled fibers from the recalled filter. I have been in the medical field for over twenty years and have had to watch my wife have breathing problems, and I have provided documentation. We never got a formal apology for the letter stating that I was deceased. She has been dealing with this for years, and they totally failed us. Plus, they did not return our phone calls

I recommend someone to this law firm I was very sorry I did there experience with them was horrible I had always deal with another law firm for years and never had a problem but I thought I would try this one because they were the same race big mistake never will I ever tell anyone about them again.

No communication did not show any interest on my case still did not I received any emergency funds

I like the staff I have spoken to at Ron Austin's Law. They are friendly, and one of the companies in the class action lawsuit I am involved in, is ready to payout and their office can't find out why I haven't been sent a claim to file yet. Idc about the logistics of all of it I want to get the paperwork finished to recieve the comoensation I have been approved for and been involved with this whole litigation from the beginning. I'm just disappointed is all.

I’ve been working with Ron Austin Law Firm since Aug-Sept of 2020. I had a car accident in Jan 2020 and initially had a different law firm representing my case. I went to Ron Austin Law Firm per recommendation. I met with Ron and Catherine to discuss my case and I wasn’t completely comforted by Ron’s demeanor upon meeting him. He told me what he had “heard” or had been told by someone else about my case and he showed extreme disappointment when the actual story was not as dramatic as someone made it seem. In my personal opinion, he assessed my case considering how easy of a win it would be and not with compassion for what I’d experienced. However, I was satisfied with Catherine and was told she’d be the attorney over my case. I signed a contract and was promised a certain level of professionalism and work ethic. I was told I would be completely taken care of and to communicate anything I may need. Initially, they were very hands on and responsive. I felt very prioritized the first couple months. Suddenly, I got a call from a gentleman a few months in and was told he would be handling my case from then on. Second red flag after Ron showed disappointment that my case wasn’t this extreme win he was expecting. I did not find it professional that someone else would be taking over for Catherine and I was not informed until the decision had already been made. I’ve never heard from Catherine again and she never told me anything was in the works about my case being passed to someone else. Moving on, the new attorney has not had the best communication starting out. Not to mention, my case had made no progress for over 3 months. Each time I called, they had the same information for me as the time before. Just recently my attorney shared a small bit of progression with my case. I reached out to them for assistance with something I believe either December or January. I’ve been being told that Ron is still pondering over his decision since January. We are now in April. Each time I call and ask if Ron is available, I’m given the run around. Overall, I am not satisfied with the service I’ve gotten here. I have not felt prioritized and have been given the run around far too much.
