This attorney is a bad lawyer and person. He is withholding funds from a trust owed to my severely disabled son. My son was supposed to get a yearly accounting from the trustee. The annual accounting was never provided. The final accounting is incomplete. Currently this "lawyer" is demanding (his words) my son sign a release before releasing the funds. . I've never had a worse experience with an attorney. I am having to pay an attorney out of my pocket to sort this mess out. I don't recommend hiring him.
