This lawyer has been disciplined by the Supreme Court of Ohio for neglecting his clients! Now he has a client from Wayne County where he is court appointed counsel on appeal. This lawyer has done NOTHING other than file REPEATED motion for extensions of time over and over and over again to file the brief in the appeal. The court of appeals granted the latest extension a but stated no further extensions would be granted and even stated if the brief was not filed by February 23rd the appeal may be dismissed. Well well ..this lawyer has filed YET ANOTHER motion for extension of time after explicitly being warned that no further extensions would be granted and that failure to file the brief by February 23rd may result in dismissal of the appeal. This lawyer's client was sentenced to 25 years to life yet this is the "representation" this lawyer provides. Again, this lawyer was previously disciplined by the Supreme Court of Ohio for neglecting his clients. He is clearly doing it again . Hey folks...SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!!!
