ROS law firm was asked by CDPHP my health insurance carrier to have me added to their “do not contact list”. ROS Law acknowledged this request in December of 2021 with a signed letter confirming I was not to be contacted. CDPHP has continued to share information with ROS Law firm against my wishes. ROS Law firm sent me a letter on 9/11/25 that includes information shared by CDPHP and asking me to provide them information about medical services. Disappointed with CDPHP and ROS Law firm for not resolving this properly, and respecting my “do not contact request”
