My Husband was injured at his job in 2020. I won't describe details of the case, but we both have suffered incredibly difficult permanent changes and loss due to an injury that we will both live with for the rest of our lives. The injury occurred through no fault of his own. This experience has been extremely painful on many different levels. Yet, I am grateful for our opportunity to work with Angelique Mangaser. Angelique was very professional, personable, knowledgeable and informative. She was able to put us at ease and was so patient in answering all of our questions. As the case was nearing resolution, she gave us detailed info to let us know what to expect. I am so thankful for her kindness and patience in walking us through such a difficult time in our lives. Really helpful with handling insurance claims, very professional, and great service

I was injured at work and was referred to this Attorney. I’ve been dealing with this attorney for over six months. So far I’ve had to do everything myself. They told me they would take care of everything and sent me all of this paperwork to sign. After six months of waiting for surgery or some type of information on my Workmen’s Comp. case I found out that they never submitted anything I have to start all over. I’ve been dealing with a paralegal named Cindy who has been no help at all. Between myself and my wife within the last two weeks we have sent her about eight emails and 6 phone calls that go straight to her voicemail and we still haven’t got a reply. Both of us sent another email on Monday just to see if she would reply and nothing. My wife called her Monday, no answer. I called her today twice no answer. I do not recommend that you use them. There’s a reason they only have a three star rating and everyone has the same complaint.

Incredibly sarcastic women lead to my hanging up with three minutes of an initial phone inquiry. I asked if they handle 3rd party cases, the women replied (sarcastically).. “Well that’s what the attorneys call it.” ..then gave the very definition of 3rd party representation, which I found a bit confusing giving her seeming objection to terminology used via attorneys (according to her). When I responded.. “So you handle 3rd party cases then.” she paused, then, in a snarky tone, responded.. “That’s what I just finished telling you” (again…all in the span of 3 minutes) and mind you, zero attitude coming from me (until the end, where I parroted her hate-filled inflection as I disconnected). I didn’t bother telling this thing they have chasing potential clients away my circumstances…that I am currently represented (by a firm unskilled in crossover cases), on TD, with a positive MRI (pinched nerve), and good potential for willful negligence case against a major national warehouse, whom already admitted fault….why bother - if this is how they treat you first contact, you can only imagine how reflective that is up the chain of command…with THIS particular law firm anyway - plenty more, with higher ratings too, I might add.

I have nothing but good things To say about this firm and their staff. Cathy Wetzel, Shari, Rick Barone, Chase Nielsen, and Christel Schoenfelder all have gone above and beyond in representing me and fighting for the well being of myself and my family. It’s has been a hard journey thus far but RKM has been there for me every step of the way. All of my questions and concerns are always met with compassion and kindness.

Cindy and Annie are handling my case. Excellent, they are helping me a lot, I recommend them.

No communication what's so ever , never told me my assigned attorney quit found out the day of a court date then they just kept telling me they were reviewing to see what attorney would be assigned to me and I kept calling for questions and I was always sent to voicemail but never received a call back then they dropped my case through email. Not happy with their services

Refused to take my employment Case even though I had a strong case.

Would not recommend them. They have mishandled my case from the get go. I hired them to correct my weekly td rate and after almost a year they had made no progress. They delayed me getting authorization to get treatment for months. Worst of all they are very rude. If you come across Christel Schoenfelder run she will not do anything to get your case resolved. I fired her exactly 3 weeks ago and by working with the workers comp insurance myself I have corrected all the concerns they have been working on for months. I am so disappointed in them and would give them no stars if I could. Find someone else you can trust.

I hired Calypso Rees and in every court I was present she was never there, and the last one we had the one who was representing me did not say anything it was over the phone she only trow me under the bus saying I haven't signed paperwork that I being calling them about since I received them, in the beginning of this case the offer was 40 for my knees only, now they are getting me 40 for my upper extremity as well it was a waste of money to hired them, no I'm not happy they blame the corrupt system California government, but because I know how thr system is I hired them but I guess they all go hand to hand.

I highly discourage anyone from using the legal services of Rose, Klein and Marias. During a yearlong case they sent me to the wrong doctor multiple times; I had to follow up with the office at every step to move my case along or they would ignore it indefinitely; it took multiple emails and phone calls from me to get a response from anyone at the office and when they did respond they were uninformed, confused, and often rude. When, exasperated with not receiving care for my injury, I finally told my attorney to simply settle the case, he recommended that I ask for a ridiculously low amount. The only thing my attorney was passionate about was securing the highest rate of compensation for himself once it was all over, and he aggressively threatened to drop my case completely - at the eleventh hour - if I did not agree to the highest fee. Wow. Incompetent, unprofessional, and generally a huge hassle.
