I remember the first day I walked up into the stairs of Rose Law and into Carey Rose office. It had been a little over a month since my accident, I fell and had a severe concussion and neck injury. Carey fought hard and got me everything and then some! She got me 100% of all worker’s compensation benefits I was owed, as well as filed and won a motion to have all attorneys fees covered so not a single dollar came out of my benefits. If that wasn’t enough, she then went the extra mile to get me a permanent impairment settlement after the case was settled which was approximately 4 times the worker’s compensation amount!
