IF I CAN GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD, DO NOT HIRE THEM!!! THEY PUSH YOUR CASE TO THE SIDE ONCE THEY GET YOUR MONEY AND DONT DO THE WORK AND HAVE THE NERVE TO ASK FOR MORE MONEY AFTER DOING NOTHING!! I hired this company back in march 7 months ago to cover a case for me, since I hired them they were not helpful whatsoever about my case, I even told them the urgency about my situation and they still push me to the side, they dont respond to me, they answer me back weeks later with the same excuse, or the lawyer isn't in the office today, always a new excuse every time I call or email them, worse experience in my life, I hired them thinking I would get some help but it ended up being the complete opposite it costed me more hiring them, I sent them email after email phone call after phone call, and its the same response every time, what did I pay for? All I wanted was a law firm to cover my case and help me, they did not do that, I did more work for this case then they did for me and they are supposed to be my lawyers. I have been so patient but now im very frustrated I have waited way to long and nothing has been done!!! Today is 10/12/22 last message I got from them was 10/3/22. terrible customer service terrible communication. if they couldn't handle the case they should of never took it from the beginning.

My wife and I found Dara extremely efficient, responsive and thoughtful throughout our process with her.
