What are with attorneys today? Are they all absolute morons? I wasted an hour of my day talking to a female attorney for this law firm. I went into exact detail. Everything about the case. The lawyer told me this is something they would be interested in. She told me she would send me over a contract that evening. This was on Thursday of last week. Guess what no contract was sent. I called back on Friday to speak with an attorney. They told me they would get somebody to call me back within the hour again. No one called me back fast-forward to today, Monday. call again speak with receptionist tell me my attorney Mr. mcool would call me within an hour, maybe two. It is now the end of the day on Monday. Nobody called me you I called at 11:30 in the afternoon. I’m supposed to trust these people with a complex mal-practice case when they can’t even return phone calls Or send out simple emails with the most important paper of the lawsuit the contract between me and the attorney. No thank you I will be moving onto the next Attorney in my list

Contacted the firm on a negligence and withholding information case with a nursing facility, in which they told me I have a case, but they can’t represent me or my aunt. Don’t list that you work for elder law or negligence, without injury WHEN YOU DO NOT. Your firm is an injury firm. So change what you specialize in. You wasted my time, and now - my aunt is dead. Thanks for nothing. Highly NOT recommend.

I contacted Michael Eisenberg earlier this year regarding a possible malpractice/negligence case leading to the death of my mom. I met with Michael and gave him all my mother’s hospital records for review(per his request). After four(4) weeks, I followed up and was told he didn’t have time to review the records because he was on Spring Break. I followed up multiple times after that but never heard from him again. I’m not sure if I didn’t have a case or if he just did not have the bandwidth. Either way, have the decency to let a person know. Most especially, since there was an hour long consultation and my mother’s personal records were provided. He is highly unprofessional and wasted my time. I could have moved on with someone else. I can’t imagine that I am the only person that this has happened to which leads me to believe the five(5) star reviews are fake. No one has perfect reviews. I would not recommend this law firm or Michael Eisenberg as an attorney.
