Last year, I took a very, very bad fall on an unstable cement stairway. Not one for contacting a lawyer, my daughter stepped in and took over to find someone to fit my needs. That is when my relationship with this wonderful group began. Once I was told that they would take my case, I was interviewed, assured, and began documenting my injuries. The staff was so kind. No question too big or too small. I always had a "go to" person, and they were in constant contact...not just for paperwork, but an honest, "How are you?" On occasion, I was in tears from the isolation and sedentary lifestyle. Always reaching out, always consoling and always had my best interest in view. My final steps were taken with Tom Youllar. What can I say? What a phenomenal human being. He kept in contact with me every step of the way, calling each week to find out how was doing, check with changes in my treatment and to let me know what was happening and what to expect. As I told him, this job was such a special fit for him with his sympathetic personality. Never having done anything like this before, I didn't expect a miracle. I wanted to leave a quick review for this law firm. Someone answered the phone and took some quick info and I received a call back a few hours later. The lawyer I spoke with was very helpful and listened to my issue for a possible malpractice lawsuit. While I didn't have a case the lawyer took the time (probably 15 mins) explaining the law, my options, the best course of action, and even gave me helpful information should a case ever move forward. Even though I didn't require assistance in the end, I am pleased with how kind the lawyer was, never making me feel rushed at all. Thank you for your time!
