Horrible experience still waiting for them to give me my settlement check for over a month because they mailed my check to the wrong address and didnt even notify me that they even mailed it, very unprofessional and don’t care about their clients do not do business with them at all

I went through a terrible experience at this office; thanks to you, my case got lost. They claimed to have proficient Spanish-speaking staff to handle my case, but in reality, there was no attorney proficient in the language. This lack of honesty led to significant communication issues, resulting in the loss of my case, my vehicle, and my money. I felt deeply frustrated and manipulated by these dishonest individuals.

Avoid

I hired Rosencranz and Associates several years ago and have nothing but good things to say about them. Aside from some slightly shady approaches they used, seeing a physical therapist several times a week at a late night rendezvous outside of their (the therapists) office, I was satisfied with the results and I mean physical results, I was treated and I got back on my feet again, back to normal. Monetary considerations were not what I was looking for. I wanted to be in good health again and they saw that that goal was reached. Of course that needed to be paid for and that’s what they did for me. Some people just want to make money from accidents, I just wanted to be made whole again. They have maintained contact over the years and thankfully I have had no other situations where I needed them. They were there to help when I needed it and they did a great job, highly recommended by this reviewer.
