This company also collects for the state of ohio, I had a error where my CAT taxes were waived after it went to collections and it is now just the collection cost and interest of 169$ miss williams who works for them called while I was at my sons open bone biopsey appointment where I told her I am so broke I had to fund raise the money for my sons care, I needed 2$ parking validated and im not working currently to just lay 169$ in 10 days because I honestly dont have it, every penny is going to fighting for my child's life between multible surgeries chemo immunosuplresents and tons of failed meds with him not getting better. Her reply was.. well miss Smith of you think you are struggling now wait until I freeze every bank account we can locate for 30 days over this... the doctors and myself was appalled, I wasnt offered a payment plan kr anything hardship just a threat to purposely make things harder for my child. Im currently trying to sell off anything right now to come up with funds because honestly I font have it especially for a tax error that I missed due to being in the hospital with my child in 2023 and 2024 . They seems to only have compassion for their clients who bring in thousands and disregard others.

Marty Midian is the best attorney ever. I was charged with an OVI back in July of last year, and he got it reduced down to a way lesser offense. Reading through these posts, it’s clear that many people have had challenging professional interactions with some of the young women who work here. I find it concerning that when I call with a question about something I’m being told I owe, it seems to irritate the staff. Reading through these reviews makes me hesitant about providing a credit card number. Something really needs to be done about the way these women interact with people. There should be proper training in place. If I’ve seen more than five complaints like this, it’s clear it’s not just a few isolated incidents this is an issue that needs to be addressed.

Mr. Breitmayer was excellent but Sarina was beyond amazing in helping with the claims and with our settlement. Her willingness to always answer questions and promptly without ever making us feel like we were wasting her time or annoying her was top tier customer service. Tried to call and set routine payments up and ended up speaking to Ms. Williams, receiving extreme rudeness and belittlement. I couldn't answer questions she would ask without being spoken over. I actually ended up asking her if I could finish answering her question. She told me I can speak when she was done. Then threatened to take money from my bank account. Ms. Williams then proceeded to tell me that I was being sensitive and rude and that she was placing me on hold until I calmd down. After about 5 seconds Ms. Williams came back on the line and asked me if I was calmed down now. This was almost comical until she told me that I was being difficult and needed to listen to her. She told me that she was representing the Ohio Attorney Generals Office and that they had instructed her to pursue action against me and that she could draft the money from my bank account. And that I was lucky she didn't just take it today. After trying several times to get a word in edgewise she told me that if I wanted to actually work with her that I could call her back. Ms. Williams then processed to tell me I was too sensitive and difficult and to have a nice day and hung up on me. Very disheartening that an individual with that kind of anger and straight out meaness is representing a company.

I was in an automobile accident in April of this year. My car was rear ended with me and my two children in inside. My two children were not injured by very much shaken. She was very efficent and quick in her responses. I was treated so well and professionally!
