My company used them until we found there to be over billing discrepancies.

Rossi law firm is rude they send me a bill I try to pay it but they changed the amount I show them them thr bill they still say it was wrong terrible company they cheet and lie they claim I owe money that I paid in February to them but they say they didn’t get the bill till June but acknowledged I paid them in February

People here are so rude a d disrespectful

Paying back a debt isn’t always easy however with Rossi law offices in Lincoln RI they make it easy. Benjamin has been outstanding to work with, putting me as ease and treating me with respect and dignity. I think highly of this office

I called Rossi Law about a bill for the city of Warwick. The representative I spoke with became defensive when asked about the timeline and interest accrued and continuously cut me off. She said she was noting what we discussed in my account. When I asked her to read what she was noting, to make sure everything was accurate, she refused and said she did not need to read anything to me. I asked her for her name, Sori, and she refused to give her last name. She then hung up on me. Extremely disappointed in the customer service Rossi Law provided.

Keep being badgering by this place. They have been told the medical claim was submitted too late and now they want me to pay..

I received a letter addressed to me demanding payment for a debt. I called, and Jason was unprofessional and rude. He told me it was supposedly a machine that came from Rhode Island. I don't know about you, but this sounds suspicious. Be careful with these people.

I just got a bill for “Warwick” taxes for like $800 when I haven’t lived in that state since 2017. The bill doesn’t even say for what vehicle and they used my old last name when I was married. It also says “they’ve been trying to contact me.” No they haven’t. I never received any bill sent to my new address in the many years I’ve lived here. My car switched over to my new state and they are charging me for the years everything got switched over. Yea right. I’ll have my attorney deal with you.

1 star because I am calling literally right now during normal business hours according to their website yet the message says they're closed.....I can see how the rest of this experience is going to go.

These people harrassed me during the holidays to collect a medical debt and when insurance offered to pay it they refused to provide the bill, phone number or any information stating it wasn't procedure." Opon further questioning- it was part of their procedure. They just tried to be as difficult as possible since they were called out on their neglegence. They also didn't make record of previous conversations with the insurance company. (thank God the insurance company made notes) They were rude, intentionally held the process up and seemed completely incompetent. I would never hire these people.

Good customer service

I had a bill for a lower amount then suddenly the amount never changes and they claim it's interest that is compounding. Checked the city site for my taxes and their amounts are wrong. Lies lies and more lies

I'm a small business owner and contacted one of the lawyers on how to obtain money that it's old to me. They were Very slow to get back in contact with me. But when they did, I was sent a couple of forms. I tried to email the individual who had sent the forms. As I had a couple of questions. the person who sent the forms email came back as undeliverable and the phone number that was provided Was fake. I understand that my case would not have made them much money at all. However, a little commoncurred to see what have been much appreciated! I do not recommend this law firm to any small business that is attempting to collect for debt. maybe the reviews about these individuals being scam artist Are true. I can imagine that they're going to respond to this message saying that they don't know who I am just like they did several other of the comments. It's interesting because if they took time to know who their potential clientele worry. They would know exactly who I am! If I could rate them a negative number. I absolutely would.

Absolutely one of the most unprofessional places I’ve ever called. I try to give information for a car accident to give them the attorneys name and number and the woman I spoke to on the phone was just plain rude. Hope you never have to work with this company.
