Waited 4 yrs for a decision on disability case. Was denied and then informed they don't handle federal appeals. Very low in knowledge and no concern on outcome. On my first denial there were numerous errors in the decision written by the judge that I pointed out to Ben. His response was it don't matter. Well it mattered very much to my Congresswoman and her staff. They have taken it up with social security and I am getting a whole new review and to show me how much they are sorry for the very bad error they made, The manager at the social security office told me to consider her my personal assistant.
