Believe the 1 star reviews. I only ever spoke to the attorney once. The staff were rude, and hung up on me several times. They have no professionalism. They intentionally waited til the last minute to submit appeals and paperwork to drag my case out longer because all they care about is getting paid. I hope they go out of business. Not to mention I called and updated my contact information and they never put it in their system. I almost missed another deadline to submit appeals because they failed to inform me that my disability was denied. Do not go here.

They did my disability case and got it on the first try only took about 5 months I got a whole year back pay 100 satisfied with the work they did I had a criminal charge against me I also let them handle that and so far everything is going 100% as planned very happy with them I don't know what the other people are talking about I am not getting paid I am not getting anything for this testimony just to let you all know a lot of people leave negative reviews because they didn't have the proper information themselves to relay to the attorney they've been very good with me I'm very pleased and happy I would recommend them to anybody I just want to thank the team over there for everything they did to win my disability claim and also a good outcome for my other case very pleased with them highly recommend them

Absolutely the worst law firm in the world. Prepare to have your money held from you and called names when you call to ask for transparency. They are immoral and completely unethical. Erica Ward loves calling people foul names and hanging up on them. I have filed a complaint with the Florida Bar. These people need to be shut down.

Terrible service, they never answer, they don't provide continuous support, they don't give you the respect you deserve, they hang up on you. They are not a great solution or support in your accident situation. Absolutely awful…

"Receptionist" is RUDE, has no clue what's going on and claims she "doesn't have a computer". I don't even think this is actually a law office at all.

Believe the 1 star reviews. There is no need to go into great detail, as seen with other reviews they will just reply defensively. The negligence from this law firm is astounding. The biggest issue I have with them is they have no education on health conditions, which is strange since they claim to help people get SSDI. At the very least, they should educate themselves on their clients medical conditions to ensure all paperwork is properly cared for. Almost 3 years of my life was wasted with them listing the incorrect diagnosis'. Taking advantage of sick people is a pretty low-life thing to do.

ZERO ⭐️UPDATE: 1/10/26 I was finally issued a hearing date for March 2026 (after years of NO communication) went out to get the mail today and what do you know a letter from this HORRIBLE company. They have withdrawn from my case. AFTER THIS LONG! ZERO COMMUNICATION (aka bad faith) and I want you to lie as you did on other review I will post receipts showing these people never called my phone ONCE since the initial call. When you call them they are all rude as hell. They expect you to know what to do with the MILLIONS of papers your sent to fillout all the time. (which is their job) thats what you hire them for (so you think) no you hire them strictly for fax time stamps and seals (you can do yourself) unless you want to waste a year or two DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE they only give you false hope. Monday 1/12/26 I will be contacting the Florida Bar to report this company due to not allowing enough time to find a new attorney before the hearing date to get all necessary information together. As they've held my case up for years.

This firm is a joke took my workers comp case and when I tell them I’m about to be evicted and starving the tell me to just go back to Tennessee that they can handle it there. And rothstien got the nerve to tell me when I questioned him about the case that I’m just mad because I’m being evicted. Hell yeah I am mad. I have not got 1 penny workers comp no unemployment and cant work due to the pain in my left foot. Kinda hard to push in a clutch pedal all day driving a truck when it hurts to walk. Told him I was going to find a new lawyer and he said he would report them to the bar. Stay far away from this place!!!!

This firm has shown a complete lack of professionalism, respect, and client support. I was wrongfully accused of being rude, which is entirely false. Over the course of several years, my case was handled without me ever having the opportunity to speak directly with an attorney only staff. When I called to advocate for myself and raise concerns, I was informed by a staff member that my case had been withdrawn due to alleged rudeness. At no point was I disrespectful. Clients have the right to ask questions and express concerns when they do not understand what is happening with their case. What is most troubling is that the attorney representing me for years contacted me for the first time only after withdrawing from my case. During that conversation, when I attempted to express myself and ask for clarification, he made inappropriate comments about my age, implying that it was relevant. My age has absolutely nothing to do with this matter and bringing it up was unprofessional and insulting. It is unacceptable for an attorney to argue with a client for seeking clarification, especially after years of representation, and then expect payment. While a firm has the right to withdraw from representation, it is wrong to retain a case for years, fail to communicate, and then withdraw based on false claims. This experience has been deeply disappointing. You never know what clients are dealing with in their personal lives, and dismissing them in this manner especially by making comments about age is unacceptable. This firm’s conduct was unprofessional, disrespectful, and misleading.

Never seen an office that doesn’t communicate with their clients and then decides to drop the client with a disability hearing next month!! Don’t waste your time!!

These guys are the best!! OK update...!!! Ive had a change of mind about these guys. Had a two year timeline to file my lawsuit. Filed with them right after Incident. Then they wait over a year and a half and sent letter stating they were not going to pursue my case because their office failed to investigate rhe case, leaving me only a couple months to try to find another attorney before statue of limitations runs out. Also from the beginning they told me not to go back to work and had me call a therapist once a month for a year and 8 months so I am out a year and a half pay because of them.

All I can say is terrible !

👉👉👉(I have evidence, I'll add photos later over time) I'm not emotional, this is something that must be done Didn't want to make review but I have to so others are WARNED and don't end up in the situation that I'm currently in. They are great for settlements but may take cases on that basis (so they say with good faith, but their actions say otherwise) with no will to fight or continue if the chance of a settlement is low. They did agree that they are not going to charge me for the inconvenience but that doesn't excuse what I experienced and I'm fighting solo 🤦‍♂️You will feel like according to a few other reviews they are either working against you or with the opposing counsel or you are fighting for yourself Its not just a "feeling" they have the tendency to use "timing" or psychological pressure to get you to do things seemingly against your interest As per email chains that I have: #1 They used the threat of withdrawal to convince me to voluntarily dismiss my case instead of filing a response to "a drafted motion of summary of judgement ". Now I have to scramble and learn how to legal respond withing 20 days. #2 Used psychological pressure to try and force me to sign a medical authorization (initially with a very broad scope, until I had them reduce it) I notified them multiple times that had the wrong date of birth. - Also sent a mailed document stating "The judge will MAKE me sign those authorizations, even with the wrong date of birth -Date of birth was corrected, but months after and once again with poor timing to the point where it could have gotten this in trouble for the delay - During the hearing on their withdrawals they made claims to the judge there was no "dispute of genuine fact when there are at least SEVERAL to justify their departure. Words from the JUDGE Friday October 31 2025: Agreed that their timing to withdraw after 16 months, right now before mediation and court next month was "I agree and don't like this at all". They had multiple reasons for withdrawal and claimed to proceed, they would be engaging in fraud. Which is false I documented and clearly disputed that I desired them to tell the truth and be seen by a jury. They did APOLAGIZE to me and the judge after being asked "why now" Tips: Document everything with them in email and if they are recording phone calls follow up with email or record as well, don't sign incomplete or incorrect forms with BROAD authorizations, and make sure to label each page "1 of 1, 1of 2" etc. I can't leave my number if you need help on Google reviews, but my name is Joe Henry Byrd Jr, owner of Scoop me: Request ride & delivery in Jacksonville Florida.
