I struggled with the VA for approximately 15 years in an attempt to have them recognize active duty time spent with the USMC. Endless hours. Endless effort in providing actual USMC documentation to the VA. All efforts were in vain. I went to VSO's in many states seeking assistance. All to no avail. Final update: After 2 years, my claim was actually approved! I'm surprised to say the least but this is a testament to Mr. Rousseau' determination and persistence. See below for the original review: Mr. Rousseau was very easy to talk to and after hearing my plea, he agreed to take my case. We spent about a year gathering everything together. Unfortunately, the case did not win but I was still thoroughly satisfied with the service he provided, the questions he answered, and his availability throughout the process. Update 1: Mr. Rousseau continues to fight for my case after more than a year. At one point I had thought it was simply over but we're at the final stages. Very satisfied with his service.
