After my accident, it was found that the other driver was not carrying valid insurance. So, even though it was not my fault, it fell upon MY insurance to fix my car and pay for the medical costs for me. They were rude and curt and didn't take my wellbeing or my car damage into account. It was all about getting out of paying for anything. That is until I got Mr. Rowe to go to bat for me. He and his office were kind and very accommodating and took care of everything so I could concentrate on getting better and I didn't have to worry about my car or getting a rental car in the meantime. It never felt like a hassle for them to talk to me and they always took the time to check in with me and have ever since. At the end, when I went to their offices, Mr. Rowe, personally, took the time from his busy schedule to meet with me. He was incredibly kind and humble and I bless the day I was referred to him. He made what could have been a stressful situation, a breeze! I would recommend this firm all day long and twice on Sunday! :)
