The level of shock and disappointment can not be properly expressed in words. I called this attorney with a very serious legal issue that I'm dealing with. They came recommended from a friend and I was really hopeful even before I made the call. I talked to a lady when I called this office and spoke with her about my issue. Told her everything that is happening. Really personal stuff. She assured me she would look over the case speak with her partner and would get back with me no matter if they decided to take the case or not. I've waited for 2 weeks and called back multiple times since that first conversation. They refuse to return any of my calls or have the professional decency to reach out to me and let me know what they decided. It's more than just an inconvenience. It's a total let down on my hopes and absolutely unprofessional, especially as an attorney and dealing with ppl in sensitive situations. Is thoughtless beyond belief. I can only imagine what the level of professionalism I would or more likely wouldn't have received of they would've taken my case. I wouldn't trust them to file for a dog license
