Triple A insurance hires this guy to sue my Bodyshop for a car lot that wrecked the policy holders car but no one reads the police report from the insurance company to the lawyer clown they hired instead files a suit for damages to the vehicle that I never saw before the accident or drove it arrived at my shop seven days after the accident I only do an inspection on it and deemed total loss. But now I’m being sued by Triple A because no one read police report or tow bills to gather evidence and information to properly investigate it but serves my business a law suit .Isn’t looking over documentation a requirement for a lawyer to do the job properly instead of falsely accusing my company
