Roy Williams card was given to my dad at my mom's memorial- we were not sure if we needed a lawyer. After a few conversations with the insurance companies, it was obvious that we at least needed some advise. My father can be a strong person and opinionated but he was able to help him see his options and anytime he was confused or needed reassurance, Roy knew how to speak to my dad in a way that made him feel heard and to direct my dad to the facts.
