Horrible at communication ! Never answers the phone or email back ! I would not use them if you like an attorney that actually can be spoken with or paralegal that does their job !

No law office at this address and no forwarding address on file with post office.

I’m all set. I can’t even get ahold of anyone in the office. They ask you to send them an email, then never respond. Going with another attorney firm.

Horrible experience. To kick it off the attorney missed the scheduled phone consultation I had set up a week prior because he was supposedly "running late." I now suspect it was because the assistant Jo did not tell him about it and like many others have said she seems to be the real problem. She did not do things she said she would then when asked about it can't remember details tries to blame me for it and does other things she was not asked to do. Then she conveniently started ignoring multiple emails I sent as if out of spite to intentionally waste my time. 4 months later and literally nothing done on my case. Time and money lost and now I have to start over and hire someone else to handle this simple case. Interestingly she quickly responded to the last email I sent in which I said I was going to go with someone else and why. I expected a refund for the petition she never filed or filed incorrectly and I would be leaving an honest review of my experience on Google. Her response was "I'm sorry I didn't meet your expectations"...right the expectation of you doing your job and actually doing the things you said you would. What was I thinking. I should have read some of these reviews before I went with them and I highly recommend you avoid using RS Law. Jo is unprofessional unorganized will screw up basic things then blame you and will ignore your emails. You have been warned

Ryan and his assistant Jo have not returned my calls or responded to my emails. I would NOT recommend using them.

Unenthusiastic about my case, barely any communication, didn't file forms that were on a deadline. Paralegal very off-putting and disorganized. Felt like they didn't care.

RS law is awesome! Used Ryan for my child custody/child support case. He would do anything for me to win. Ryan was even willing to lie in open court to make my ex husband look bad so I could win. Thanks to Ryan, my kid doesn't see their dad anymore! Thanks Ryan! Fantastic job! What kid needs both parents anyway! Me being able to live off child support is way more important!

I had a great experience with RS Law. Always sending emails and updating me on the proceedings. Jo was so helpful with any questions I had and Nathan was just a spectacular. Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with an attorney. It was numerous phone calls to set up the case. Then after I paid them I had to call over a dozen times to get them to do anything. I spent more time arguing with the secretary, Jo, than anything else. She likes to act like she knows all about the case but can’t remember any details, and will cut you off when you refresh her memory. She will do things I did not tell her to do and not do other things that was paid for. There billing is the worst I have ever seen. It’s like I’m working with a new business that does not know what they are doing. I have called and emailed over 30 times and have only talked to a layer twice for under a minute. After waiting to go to trial for three months I asked when the trial date is and Jo had know idea what I’m talking about. The last time we spoke she criticized me for wanting to go through with the case and would schedule it. Absolutely unprofessional.

Didn’t help me out with my case. Didn’t take my case serious. I had to stop working with them because they didn’t turn in my discover papers and I wasn’t updated on anything. Was left in the dark. I don’t don’t recommend them if you’re going with child custody and divorce.

Jo and the team have been amazing! I had a personally injury case back in 2018 and due to COVID it had slowed down a lot but JO kept me informed and assured . We became family! I would recommended 100%. It has been a long road but well worth it !
