We had an excellent experience working with RTR regarding our security deposit! The staff were very communicative in setting up our intake and then connected us with Erik Abrams. He explained the process very clearly and reassured us that our case was strong and worth pursuing. I appreciated that he was available to answer all of my questions. Our landlord sent our full deposit back before we filed a claim so we didn’t need to pursue a case but I felt reassured and confident moving forward. Hands down one of the best law firms I Ever worked with !! I had food poisoning from a restaurant and I wanted to file a lawsuit, they took my case and explained everything to me thoroughly and Eric Abrams was awesome he communicated with me throughout the whole process, he didn’t give up they kept fighting for me to be compensated and thanks to them I got paid .
