Extremely disappointing and unpleasant, they are irresponsible and disorganized, leaving us without security and reliability.

The service is terrible. When you call to request information about your case, they tell you they'll leave a message for the lawyer to contact you. You email them and notify everyone to send you copies of the documents filed in your case, but they send you nothing. They don't answer emails, much less calls, and the receptionists just keep repeating, "I'll notify the lawyer," but they never call you back. They don't provide copies of the documents you request to verify they were filed as they claim. But when it's time to pay the installment, they're very punctual in calling to remind you that you have to pay.
