James Rubin made it easy. I had a traffic ticket. When he went to court the felony prosecutor was filling in for the misdemeanor prosecutor. The FP wasn't being reasonable in Rubin's opinion so Rubin wisely requested that the case be continued until the misdemeanor prosecutor could review it. The ultimate action was a dismissal of the ticket all together because of Rubin's experience as a lawyer.
