I’m at crossroads, yes they completed a quick closing however I feel nobody stands behind the buyer of houses! Not the realtor nor seller or atty. Whether its law and the state of Georgia or not this fails home buyers. The house was infested with rodents, no carbon monoxide carbon monoxide detectors which is code. The structure on pool deck and house-was compromised because of a past tornado which was obviously not fixed by qualified contractors because the work was done incorrectly or not of code. So like the electrical inside and near air conditioning outside which was unsafe this entire house costing $30k in repairs just to make it safe ! And code im disappointed how everyone failed me on the sale of this house! And this is disgraceful on a $385,000 house! So after several months of dealing with new contractors just to get the house back to safe normal condition! It was my realtor whos job was to look at this house and inspect it for me she failed me and seller non disclosed it. I had an inspection but it was scheduled and closing rescheduled before my inspection! Shame on the sellers daughter, my agent and the seller agent as well! Hope yall sleep at night!

Awful experience, they have horrible communication. 5 Days before closing, they decide not to proceed with no explanation. Ansley (attorney) hanged up on me twice and not giving me a correct answer on why we couldn't close. I recommend using Robert Pace law firm, they know how to communicate and they wont hang up on you. They pay you a portion to leave a 5 star so people can use them, STAY AWAY!
