Spoke to Mark about getting my moms Will updated. He came across rude and egotistical, showed lack of empathy, and questioned everything. Rather then being an assistance he was a roadblock and has made things more complicated. Shame on him! Speaking to an attorney about a Will should not be done over on Speaker phone.
