THE LADY THAT ANSWERED THE PHONE WAS SUPER RUDE I GOT ANOTHER LAWYER INSTEAD

Mauro took the time with me to discuss all the aspects of my case and always keep me updated on where it stood. He helped prepare me for my deposition and I aced it thanks to him. There's a reason for the low rating for this firm. Heather is very rude and it takes almost a month to get a call back. Do not bother contacting this law firm.

My sister went in for a consult & the receptionist took her information so she can consult it with the lawyer first & then give us a call back. It’s been about a month. How long does it take to talk to the lawyer?

Same thing with a “Tammy” she seems to be the common denominator in these negative reviews. Not sure if she’s the lawyer or the assistant but extremely poor service. I believe I said 5 words the rest was her interrupting me and assuming she knows the complete situation. Very disappointed. PROBABLY TAMMY REPLYING TO THIS REVIEW.

Rude staff costing them business.

After a brief phone screening, I was told the lawyer would contact me, and at least let me know if I had a case or not. The next day, the paralegal, or whoever was in office, NOT the attorney, called me and said, "they are not currently taking any new cases". So I guess if you need representation, look elsewhere!

I went to you for help back in 2020 you didn’t even let me speak you contacted my atp attorney and took his word without even looking at my case if you would have sat with me and allowed me to show you my situation you would have been disgusted at the mistreatment and violations of my disability discrimination soon after the pandemic hit and I lost every chance of getting help recently I received a text from the school board president stating that it was not their choice it was the principal and superintendent that wanted me terminated 4 yrs later and I’m still been harrased

Mauro Ruiz and Tammy Belez are an outstanding team. They know exactly how to handle your case and set real expectations. Don't fall for other attorney's out there with big advertisements and making promises they can't keep. Mauro and Tammy know the law and deliver results. Don't go anywhere else! Highly recommend.

Firstly, I want to say to everyone reading these reviews to take the negative reviews with a grain of salt. Those reviews are unfortunate, misleading, and not helpful to those looking for legal assistance/advice. With that said, I WOULD refer and recommend this law firm to anyone who finds themself needing their assistance. Tammy is a bulldog and can come across as blunt and direct but that's exactly who I would want in my corner fighting for me. After my initial call with her she put my mind at ease and wanted to make sure I was okay. She was compassionate and caring. Tammy is very knowledgeable about the law as she has been doing this a long time. Mr. Ruiz was just as great. Every question I had they would answer with respect and compassion. If you are contacting a lawyer its usually due to a low point in your life. Having Tammy and Mr. Ruiz on myside and fighting for me has been a blessing and I will be forever grateful for them.

The legal assistant was the rudest person! She's supposedly bilingual, but when asked to speak Spanish her responds was "I don't want to offend you but I speak very little" when she was speaking perfect Spanish. When asking for her to repeat information she was giving me so I can write it down she wouldn't repeat herself and said for me to google it & hung up on me. Horrible reflection on the office. Don't promote your legal assistant is bilingual if she's going to be rude & unprofessional about it. ( most importantly, I leave this review from my mothers experience as she only speaks Spanish and this just happened at the end of July 2023)

Improperly categorized areas of practice and disrespectful. Listed in Google search and other lawyer finder sites as education law. There were no technical difficulties with hearing. I did not have a place to write the number she was giving as I was outside and she was in a hurry to get off the phone. I wouldn’t recommend this firm. See other reviews. I’m not the only person that had a rude experience with your firm just from a simple call. Update your online data and people would not call for areas of which you don’t practice.
