I planned my morning around our appointment, I drove 25 minutes into town to be there on time. Only, to find out she was not there, she was at her granddaughters graduation. Unreliable, unprofessional.

Rosemarie was my ex husband's lawyer. She proved to me that she is money hungry. Example I owe my ex child support however he owes a greater amount in spousal support. Instead of paying the offset that was court ordered by the judge they filed to garnish my wages (which he had to pay her for) then at the end of the month he has to pay everything he garnished plus the amount I’m owed. Absolutely no common sense on his part or that “attorney” of his. Had she been a decent lawyer she would have advised against it, saving him some money. But it was just a power play on his part to continue to control my finances and she made money off of the games he plays. In a divorce children should not be pawns in a game but their best interest should be the number one priority.

Mr. Rusca (the father) was a Godsend. He is fair, honest, and was available to listen. The office staff is very pleasant and proficient.

These people own a parking lot that's right behind a small apartment community. Many of the people have offered to pay for 1 of the 30 parking spots. Rusca and Rusca refuse to compromise with the apartment managment even though the parking lot is never full during the day. Yesterday they towed tenants cars without notice. Costing tenants over $350. Parking in the alley is not safe and street parking is impossible to find at all hours. Financially destroying another business and harming the safety of the tenants over parking is not how you run a business.

I lost my time 50 dollars instead of being help I got attacked by this human who calls her self lawyer so don’t waste your time!

My fiancé payed a lot of money for Rosie who he was referred to by my family member because they talk so highly of her when she failed my fiancé for child custody case she is rude as hell. In case she forgot you work for him he pays you to do your job right not fail him and waste his money. I will make sure to not refer her to anybody don’t waste your time I suggest to find a attorney that is worth your money and who doesn’t act rude and tell you how they have three cases to worry about to hurry up and sign the paperwork. Very unprofessional!!!

Thank you ms rusca for helping me get my kids making the impossible possible she wored hard for me and did everything professionally very highly recommended my kids are in a safe place now and are happier than ever ms rusca is a God sent thank you

I'm having to repost my review because it looks like Rusca and Rusca had it removed (Originally posted August 25th 2022 and most likely using the excuse that i stated the $50 dollar consultation fee would get you better services down a certain named street). Everything I posted was true and what I experienced in only a consultation. I am reposting in hopes of saving another person from making the same mistake and wasting their time and money. The negative reviews about RosieMarie Rusca are spot on. She is the most rude and unprofessional person I have EVER had to interact with. I was not allowed to speak and was cut off rudely after 3 or 4 words into a sentence. At one point I gave up even attempting to talk and voiced to my girlfriend, who had accompanied me, that I obviously was not allowed to speak so she could try. After 2 sentences she received nothing but rude remarks from RosieMarie not knowing anything about her and her profession, which I will only say most attorneys would find highly creditable in a family law case. RoseMarie used the excuse of looking at it from a judge's point of view to respond the way she did. I myself work in a field where I am around and interact with several Judges, Attorneys, District Attorneys, and Public Defenders. I have never in my life witnessed one of them act the way she did. RosieMarie's rudeness escalated after that as she wanted the consultation to end but wanted me to be the one to end it. I did end up walking out where she still continued to make rude comments. The only legal advice that was provided to me was what child support would be if the custody would change which I can easily obtain myself using the support calculator provided on the DCSS website. I didn't have to pay $50 dollars to watch her do this right in front of me. RosieMarie Rusca only cares if she can win the case and not about the nature of the kids well-being. So she tends to take on simple cut and dry cases that she knows are quick easy money wins under her belt. Wish I would have read these reviews about her rude, unethical behavior before the consultation because I would not even considered her. Save yourself the time and money and seek counsel elsewhere. *I am saving a copy of this review to copy and paste if Rusca and Rusca has it removed again.

Lies all lies. Mr Rusca is so uneducated. He will not argue anything you say. Instead say stuff that hasn't been told to say and ruin a whole case. He dose not communicate nor gives any documents that he submitted to courts. He even submits stuff late and nothing to do with what you tell him. Its insane. I don't understand why this is his profession.He is unorganized and seems to be lost in any court hearing or late. He needs to step down immediately from defending anyone's case. He is absolutely no help what so ever. Matter fact he is more damaging then anything.
