Horrible results and always were preoccupied by bigger cases. Still have lasting injuries from incidents they did not fight for and convinced me to settle for so much less. Horrible workmans compensation lawyers. Do not advise anyone to use the law firm. Lot of lies in their advertising.

When I first called him he said he would take my disability case I kept calling him never got any answers I never met him in person I wouldn't recommend him to any one I give them a Zero

Brian is an excellent, down to earth, friendly lawyer. He was quick to respond on email the same day thru out the 2 yrs he represented me on my disability case. He walked me thru the process in words and terms I would understand. I highly recommend him. He was also very honest with me on the real deal of how unpredictable disability cases are.

Called this practice today at the advice of a friend who recommended them. I have a potential case that has elements of harassment, wrongful termination, and retaliation. I spoke to Autumn, she did a thorough and competent job asking me about elements of the case, so she could have an attorney look at and review the case. I was informed by Autumn that an attorney would reach out to me within 2-3 business days to see if they would want to accept the case. I received a phone call from the attorney Nate just now. While going through the case notes from Autumn, he kept coming back to minor work injury that is currently handled by worker's comp. This injury has next to nothing to do with the case, but he had tons of questions about that tiny bit of the case. He seemed disinterested about the actual meat and potatoes of the case, admitting he had an uncomfortable case load. I was told that he thought I had a case, but he wouldn't want to take it on because of his valuation of the case. I previously have had a much smaller case that I settled out of court with the help of an attorney in Florida for $25,000 over a decade ago. This current case is much larger in scope, and I don't have to be an attorney to know that. Based on my conversation with Nate, I would not recommend Rush & Nicholson to someone who has concerns on Employment law, as Nate was clearly looking for high valuation worker's compensation cases. I was very disappointed.😢

Matt Dake took my Workers Comp case Feb of 2021. This was a very frustrating area for my wife and I, as we were completely out of our realm. Many trips to Doctor and specialists in town and out of town. Many calls to Matt with questions, as we did not know what to do. Matt was very patient with us. Matt fought for me from day one and gave me direction and advice I would not have considered. Matt has shown his expertise and working with all types of work comp claims. His knowledge is spot-on! Gary Nelson is the only reason my husband and I retrieved the security deposit for our Marion condo rental. We abided by the rental contract in all matters and, with the landlord's approval, even paid personally to improve the property during our time there. But when our landlord totally ignored his side of the contract regarding the return of our security deposit, Gary wisely advised us and expertly guided us through the process of legally claiming the deposit. I was so sorry I used them instead of my legal shield and also told a friend these people have been no help to me or her , had knee replacement and they couldn’t even get my meds I paid for they my self . They must be typing there own reviews or there friends but good luck and I’ll pray for you if you use them Gray and Sarah are not help you will be in pain and crying trying to get them to do what they want you to pay them for
