I was skeptical calling a billboard attorney but they were highly recommended by a friend so I gave them a chance. I got hit by a car lane splitting through traffic by a driver under the influence. They handled my first motorcycle accident incredibly well, and kept me informed and educated throughout the whole process. Calling a lawyer was something that I never wanted to do in life. But that wasn’t really an option after getting hit head on by an SUV a few days after thanksgiving. I was aware and riding within my limits which saved me, but that quick action would have not been necessary if the other drive would have just been looking at the road. I remember trying to stop while to steer way from the oncoming traffic. In a split second I had to decided if I wanted to go over her car or into the side of it. I went towards the right and when I knew it was a wrap I jumped. I woke up on the hood of her car. I may have never called if the driver apologized, but that wasn’t even on the table.
