Caring. Intentional. Determined. It's hard to explain what you need after being in an accident and having your family car totaled. But everyone we worked with was amazing and I never needed to apologize for my concerns or emotions. This is by far the worse attorneys you could ever go to they hold on to your money for like a year even though they have money for you and they use off shore accounts making money off your money don't go to these attorneys I'm still waiting over a year and I need that money

My son was hit by someone while crossing in the crosswalk on his bike, and the insurance company really made it difficult despite it very much being their clients fault. They were being petty, down to the simple replacement of his bike, and I didn’t even want a lawsuit, but felt they left me no choice. I reached out to Russel and Hill, because coincidently, someone who worked in their office witnessed it. Long and short of it, I’m glad I did. My son was taken care of, the medical bills are paid off and he has something to show now for the PTSD, & scars. After that experience I’m not going to waste my time debating with them ever again.
