In my opinion India Minchoff is a disgrace to her profession. I watched my cousin's wife get destroyed by his greedy, evil kids while India did nothing but take her money and ignore her phone calls. God help any elder person who goes to India Minchoff for help!

Don't waste your time at this place. I talked to this supposed attorney India one month ago, she never sent me the forms I was to receive. I had to continually call their assitant, and follow up on my end, asking "when will she call me & follow up with me?" Assistant told me to mail $1500.00 retainer, & then this attorney woud certainly pick right up with me again. After 4 weeks, and still no reply, I sent Emma & India an email, and gave them 24 hours to state her reply/assistance or I'm going elsewhere. She replied; can't help you; etc. Silly place. Don't waste your time and fall prey to any award/5 star stuff you see. Zero stars!

India is straightforward and gets things done. She does maintain a sensitive side that helps you navigate the legal process.
