In terms of the attorney fee, just remember that every lawyer who handles disability claims gets paid the same amount and in the same manner, so naturally when you apply for disability it only makes sense to get an attorney with as much experience as possible. Very poor service never called back and waited me to do everything all other lawyers do poor poor
Sorry you feel you received poor service Laura. Reviewing our information it appears we did everything we could to help, but as you know we ultimately could not take the case. Our records also show that we either contacted or attempted to contact you (leaving voicemails) 6 times over the course of five days. Finally, we did ask you to obtain additional information from SSA so we could consider the case, but as we explained at the time, this was info that SSA will only release to the client (they will not release this info to a lawyer). Again, sorry we could not help with the claim.
They worked hard for me the whole time. I was trying to get my social security disability and I appreciate everything they've done.I would recommend anyone who needs help getting their social security disability Mr. Ryan and Leah were very patient with me and understanding the situation. This lawfirm's website has misrepresentations. The firm claims they are "proven" in certain types of cases and encourage you to contact their office. However, after getting transfered two times, a junior attorney calls and says they do not handle those cases. If they misrepresent their own image online, how would anyone trust them to handle their case.

Our information indicates you contacted us and were immediately sent to our new client coordinator for assistance. It appears that you asked about a type of claim that is, in fact, addressed in our website. It also appears that we informed you that our firm does not specifically handle those types of claims (rather, we have a relationship and work with another law firm that specializes in that type of law). Unfortunately, it does not appear that we had an opportunity to offer to refer you to the law firm we work with on those matters, as you discontinued the call. We remain available to provide you with the name of an attorney that can assist you if you so desire and I apologize for any misunderstanding.

Phil goes over your case and tells you the obstacles and your chance from the intial consultation. My case took over 3 years to complete.
