Mr. Cumpton helped my dad do all of his documents so I can avoid probate! My overall opinion was this is his specialty. He is extremely professional and so is his staff. He has very organized binders and a very detailed video you get to take home that explains the binder so that you can watch it later or share with beneficiaries or loved ones who might need to use the binder.

These people are the biggest rip off. Set up an estate and charged a premium price years ago. They wanted to charge me for a copy of something from it after my Father died. And my Sister died 3 weeks later and there was no provision in it as to how the money would be distributed in case of that scenario. But of course it could all be resolved by paying them more money. Huge rip off. Ive since foynd out that you dont need all that unless you own property in two different states. That trust set up also cost us more money when we sild my mother's home. And I had to pay another attorney to straighten it out.
