Please read and pay attention to the reviews before making a decision. I wish i did. Money hungry, drags out cases for more money, overtalks you, stressful, he will not do what you're paying him for...just pathetically awful....

Tim scimeca mishandled my case so badly, he got me convicted for a crime I didn't commit, in a manner that can only be described as deliberately throwing it. Then he attempted to double the fee quoted for an appeal. I wouldn't advise anyone to retain his services unless they want to be convicted. It's been almost 2 years since he botched my case. Before hiring this "attorney" you should check Supreme Court of Kansas docket # 80599 of July 10, 1998 subject: permanent suspension of Salvatore A. Scimeca' s license to practice law; he is totally devoid of any ethics.

If you want an attorney who will take your money and waste your time Tim Scimeca is your guy. He took $5,500 from me 5 days before my statue of limitations was over and 3 hours later said he couldn't take my case. Complete waste of time. If you want an attorney with balls this isn't the place you want to be.

Trash.. Robbed me with a smiling face and tried to charge $5500 to go to trial for a speeding ticket. Dragged the case for my CDL traffic ticket for almost 8 months, had prosecutor number all along only to get found guilty. Didn’t fight for me at all.. POS

Mr Scimeca and his office staff are very caring. They have been a God send for our family. We can't say enough good things about this office as a whole.

He's an amazing attorney!

I went there almost a year ago and spent 500 on him for a 130 consultation for him to read me what a guardianship order was and I already know what that is so he just sucked up my money come to find out today when I go ahead and call him and ask if he could file an order for my kids because I have them in Kansas now for a visit and want to file Custody in Kansas so I don’t have to take them back to the other state he said I need to pay him more money and that I went 15 mins over and he didn’t charge me lmao this guy is a joke 500 for a guy to read me what a guardingship order is when I’m saying stop reading that I know what it is and I don’t need u to read it to me I need u to file an order for me n a couple months and now he won’t

Constantly scheduling appointments even though he continues things for no reason as long as he possibly can. He really builds himself up when he's trying to get you to sign on with him but he doesn't live up to it. And he is constantly late. I had two court appearances and he was 2.5 hours late for the first one which caused us to have to wait till after a trial and instead of getting out of there after a couple hours I was there for almost seven hours. The second appearance he was over an hour late and I ended up being the last person to appear before the judge.
