Lawyers fight best they can, it’s a wicked system they're fighting. No, every outcome may not be great, if it wasn't then you prolly had some holes you not able to see especially if you don't have a law degree … My experience with this firm was great. Outcome was decent for today’s time. Only reason I gave them 4 stars is because the Paralegals need a better sense of humor.

James Sabatini is a great attorney. The staff is very helpful as well. He understands issues brought to him and fights hard for justice. I definitely recommend the law firm.

My case went on for over three years. In that time, I supplied numerous emails outlining the details of my wrongful termination lawsuit. Most emails went ignored and unanswered. When the opposing counsel admitted lying in a report to the state of Connecticut, I asked for a copy of the admission multiple times from attorneys and associates. I never received a copy. During the motions made by Sabatini, most of the evidence that I supplied which proved my case was left out. Despite asking to be contacted to review the information before being submitted to the court, I was not contacted. I was incredibly frustrated when my case didn’t survive summary judgement (especially when my supplied information and the admission by the defense was omitted). After filing an appeal, I submitted a summary of the evidence that I wanted to be submitted and explained the strategy that the defense would use. During the appeal, I was mortified having to listen to Sabatini be unable to give satisfactory answers to the judges, omit vital pieces of information, and spend valuable time debating a point that wasn’t even in dispute. Also, I asked to be contacted before the appeal so I could review the facts of the case with Sabatini so he would be effective. Not only did this not happen, I wasn’t notified when the appeal was scheduled, that it took place, or the result. I just happen to Google it and found out two months later. Needless to say, my experience with Sabatini and Associates made me feel like my case didn’t matter to them at all. I lost my case and opportunity at justice and I feel that it is the result of my attorney not following instructions or caring about my case.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS FIRM, they are the worse!!! just lost my case that should’ve easily been won had I not had a third rate fresh outta law school student who doesn’t have a track record of ever going to trial much less WINNING one. Throughout this whole ordeal they hardly communicated with me, the only time I heard from Mr.Sabitini himself was when due to his or his assistant attorney’s incompetence was when my case was Dismissed. The nerve of this guy. “So now I hear from you”?I I asked, at trial, the young inexperienced attorney never came off with confidence and he was overly chummy with the defense who practically ate him for lunch, I had no idea he was going to go to trial with me I got with this firm because I wanted experience to see this through not someone who Mr. Sabitini sent to “ Cut his teeth on” . Four years of stress, sleepless nights, countless loses physically and financially , tolerating there lack of empathy whatsoever, holding to the belief that “ they got me” in the end was all awash, as is this firm, Sabitini may have been somewhat of a big deal way back when, but that was then, as of today, those results on his leading page are old, and the bad reviews are very REAL!!. Play at your own risk. You’ve been warned.

I have to agree with all these negative reviews about this law firm. Communication is horrible, I apparently lost a case I had been fighting for since 2018 and found out by calling them for 3 days looking for updates and answers. Find a law firm who does really care about you.

Unfortunately, I tried to give Atterney Sabatini and associates chance after chance to prove me wrong as far as helping me. I had a huge case back in 2019 where I was extremely close of dying due to a car accident. From this accident I lost everything, and none of their attorneys stood up for me. They didn’t keep in contact they didn’t make me feel like I was important whatsoever. After writing a horrible review, Sabatini got in contact with me and asked me to take down my negative review, I took it down because he pleaded with me to give them one more chance , it has been five years since my extremely horrible accident, and nothing has been done throughout that timeframe. The associates that work here are not trained whatsoever and most of the time they have no idea what they’re talking about. I suggest that you go anywhere else. Besides, this company I was told in the beginning that no doubt about it that everything‘s gonna pull through, and they lied to me.

I lost a medical malpractice case dealing with this law firm. The whole time he said he was taking care of it nothing was getting done. So the time limit ran out for me to file a claim and I lost the case.

I originally left a bad review for lack of communication, James Sabatini called me and made it right tho. He explained their every day to day functions (which I neglected to think about) and expressed concern for me personally. I look forward to progressing my relationship with them and I highly recommend!

These people are a joke! In a time of need and help. This law firm will only add to your stress & Frustration with it poor customer service and clueless and lying secretaries! Contacted to see if I could use them as attorneys. I spoke with James Sabatini who seemed very nice. I sent some information over and was promised a call back. Never received one. So I tried calling back left messages everyday spoke with a secretary and left a message if he could help and if not could he refer someone. I called everyday for weeks to contact and never got any reply from James after him promising a call back! After 4weeks of wasted time, gid willing lead me to another attorney. I highly & strongly recommend anyone reading go find a more respectful and supportive attorneys. Don't waste your time here, it will only add to your frustrations. If this is how they treat prospective clients imagine how their response would be if you hired them.

Scary! I had a case handled here and I've always had an issue with COMMUNICATION when it comes to this place. There were many times things were going on with the case that I had no idea about and only found out after calling and then and asking for updates consistently. What's worse is, it seems like I'm working at the same time with them, because I'm always finding certain things that they are failing to see or address. How do I read and understand what I read, better then the people who work here. Very disappointed with the knowledge and attention to detail that I've seen so far. This is a legal matter and to some people a sensitive time for them to be trying to find some right after the wrong done to them. You would think the person you pay, would take the time to actually do what their supposed to do and handle business. James sabatini is a good person morally I believe, but I definetly do not like the things I've seen or had to handle on my own due to the lack of communication or attention to detail. FOR GOD SAKE! ESPECIALLY IF IT'S ON PAPER! ......HOW DO YOU JUST OVER-LOOK THAT.
