If I could give one piece of advice—it would be to avoid buying a GMC vehicle altogether. It will save you a major headache. While my case took an incredibly long time to resolve, that delay was not the fault of the law firm. My attorney, Joshua, was fantastic. Not only did he represent me legally, but he also listened to my frustrations throughout the process—almost like a therapist at times. The entire ordeal was stressful and inconvenient. My car was undrivable and sat in the shop for an extended period. Finding a rental that could accommodate car seats and my entire family was another challenge. That said, the settlement I received was very generous, and looking back, I can say it was absolutely worth it. Special thanks to Marbella, who consistently kept me updated on court dates and other important information. She was always responsive, and if I ever needed more details, Joshua himself would follow up directly. Bianca was the person who first introduced me to the firm. I knew nothing about Lemon Law and was worried I might end up with a huge bill—especially after GMC denied my buyback request. She patiently explained how the process worked and reassured me that I wouldn’t be left with any legal fees. She was absolutely right.
