I informed you that I had cognitive issues from mold exposure. What I needed most was your interpretation of a few sentences written by the current plaintiff who closed the case in 2022. The Lawyer referral program states that when I receive a referral it is my decision to retain the attorney. I know that my case was not accepted. I called to ask shy and was told that referral and legal documents are shredded if the case is not accepted by the Attorney. My desire is to obtain an Attorney to at least red the documents and answer my question for understanding. The office cannot even tell me why my case was not appropriate for your practice. There was a lack of common contrary and professionalism by the Attorney. Colin was excellent with the intake process and attempted to obtain the details to assist me. He was very attentive, as for the Attorney....I have no idea.... Overall, I am disappointed with my consultation. I gained nothing from it, despite the loss of $50. I desired an explanation and the time necessary within the half hour to provide one. Professionals take oaths and claim to have ethics that are not counted to potential clients. I too was a professional before mold toxicity ruined my life. I should not have expected more, I should have received more! Excuse the errors, I have lost my ability to proof read.
