When we contacted them we were sent to a call center, who then connected us with a representative who did not seem to have adequate knowledge about their estate planning services related to our needs. And their quote for a revocable trust was about 50% higher than the law firm we eventually went with, which is very reputable, long standing firm in Syracuse.
