Worry free, Attorney Saffren and Weinberg handles every aspect of the legal business and allow you to recover making sure any pain, suffering, lost of wages are recovered. I hired Saffren Weinberg after severe water damage and mold exposure that later caused life-altering illnesses. While I trusted the firm early on, key decisions ultimately harmed my case. I was pressured to release a commercial insurance company — a critical party — under threat the firm would withdraw, and I complied without fully understanding the long-term impact. Despite my worsening health, I was not referred to appropriate medical or environmental experts early, delaying documentation of how seriously and permanently I was affected. The case was filed years later, the trial attorney left, and I was eventually dismissed as a client.
