I got pulled over for no tail lights and had an open container in the vehicle, i refused a breathelizer.. Rory got the charge dropped from a DUI to a wreckless driving charge. As well as getting the citations for no tailights and open container dismissed. If you are in trouble in the Tampa FL area i highly suggest hiring Mr. Safir.
