As a single father looking for help and advice I went to collier county to ask for help. They gave me this man who from day 1 was extremely unprofessional. From never wanting to see his client in person, to demanding I add more money to the trust the day of major events without and prior notice. Would receive comments like pay within 24hrs or I’ll have to drop you. I got everything a single father could have wanted out of this case. 80/20 custody!!! This was all because it was pre planned with my son’s mother prior to going into mediation. Sal does not return phone calls or emails for weeks at a time and even waits until 5pm on a (due date) Friday to submit things or we saw judge on Monday. The biggest week of my life Sal made me and my family stress what was going on due to him being completely unresponsive. Sal quoted me 4500 and broke it down into segments for me during a retainer phone call. (I only spoke to 1 attonery and it was Sal). Sal blew through the 4500$ quote well before we even had mediation and blamed it on my son’s mother being difficult. Sal is the only one who made things difficult. Since then I asked for Sal to be released and for me to get whatever was left in my trust back and to send me all documents files,emails and notes as he is required to do so(texted, emailed, left messages, several times several ways and after a long 30 days of waiting, the only thing that was sent was a check. Sal will waste your money and get no where. I have been in contact with the state and will add there response when I get one.

I had hired Sal bazar payed the fee of 1500$ for the first 5 hours and I’ve only been able to reach him threw his assistant who also claimed they couldn’t give me “legal advice” yet I was speaking threw her instead of Sal about my case. I had only one motion done by them and I was in the middle of doing a emergency custody where they looked over and said they could do it at first but later claimed I needed to pay the 1500$ again before they could send it so I understood and asked before hand if I could have receipts or record of the time I used and had asked for weeks with no proof of anything they had claimed to do or of the time I used. I had messaged and called Sal bazar and his assistant where they kept ignoring me but Sal bazar had decided to text my mother about payments while ignoring me for all this proof of what he’s done in my case so far and the time I used trying to get her to pay him again. Sal bazar is not who you want helping you especially when going through an emotional family case he just wants money and to find ways to play you to get more.
