I called about two weeks ago for information about a case. They told me to call when I had the papers to explain better. Once I had the papers, I called them to ask for information on what I could do. The person who answered was very rude. He didn't let me explain. I screamed, trying to speak. always above me, horrible treatment, thanks for nothing.

Three years ago before the pandemic, Mr. Marabondo and his staff were very helpful in creating wills for my parents and I would give 5 stars for how it was handled at the onset. But, I am giving him 3 stars, because the first draft had the someone else's name and the final draft was missing key information. My husband and I got stationed in Germany right after this and my parents being Spanish-speaking did not notice the missing information. We got back this past winter and in reviewing the will in my parent's possession is when I noticed the missing information. I called him to see if he could correct it, he was short and rude claiming that I lost credibility because it had been so long. I was willing to pay him to correct it, but he would not even let me get a word in. I only advise to make sure you check all of your documents to verify their correctness, because twice he finalized the wills and twice he got them wrong.
