He really pulled me out of a hole that I never thought I could get out of. As a 30 year old plus man I never cried so hard because he gave me that relief by saying yes he will take my case. While all the other law firms I've asked said no or it's impossible for them to take the case after I paid large some of money just to get turned away with a good luck on your case and or a sorry we can't help you. reached out to attorney Sam Caras for help reviewing my potential bad faith case with State Farm. My experience with him was extremely negative and unprofessional. Instead of treating me with respect, he was dismissive, demeaning, and degrading throughout our interaction. He repeatedly huffed, puffed, and rolled his eyes while I spoke, constantly interrupting me to criticize what I “should have done” as if I were an attorney. I came to him with a thoroughly documented case that I had prepared to the best of my ability, and rather than acknowledging that, he spoke down to me and minimized my efforts. Because I speak quickly and sometimes dictate messages, I explained that things may come across differently, but he continued to mock my communication and told me to “be quiet” and just listen to him. What also stood out as unprofessional was that he came to my house to review the paperwork, without any signed agreement or intake paperwork, instead of meeting in his office. Looking back, that should have been a red flag from the start. If you don't have a lot of money that your case will get he really isn't interested. While he did share some perspective on how opposing counsel might view the case, his disrespectful behavior completely overshadowed any insight. Based on my experience, and apparently many others. I cannot recommend him to anyone seeking an attorney who treats clients with professionalism, fairness, and respect. And I noticed he replies to the ones that complain on his reviews. do not jump on this post complaining about reviews because then I'm going to upload the videos of you talking to me crazy and prove it. you know how I proved my case. You spoke to me like I was dumb incompetent and because I was a black woman I wasn't supposed to know the information that gathered .Sam you are a jerk and you going to tell me because my case was only $1,300 why did I call you. I told him from the very beginning that the case wasn't a lot of money it's not about the money it's about the pure blatant bad faith. I wasn't seeking you for that $1,300 I was seeking you for punitive damages and bad faith claim. you immediately start to talk to me crazy after that point. I thank God that I was able to get through this case without even needing him and that was God letting me know but this man right here is a old man that needs to retire I don't care how long he's been doing it I don't care how many cases he has beat. My husband and myself went to Sam Caras for legal counsel about Ion Solar Panels and GoodLeap loan company. We had consulted several out of state, local lawyers, Attorney General's office, plus myself and my husband try to get results on our own as well. Until we met Sam Caras we did not know which way to turn. We are looking into the defects or if the Solar panels are performing up to the standards, etc. to see what course of action we can really take. If you want real accurate advice and a direction to pursue in terms of your law case, I would go to Sam Caras. Until we met Sam Caras, we had wasted a little more than a year going to different law firms with no results.

RUDE, MEAN, AND HEARTLESS. I was in tears and could not pull myself out of bed all day after my consult with him. He has no empathy for other peoples pain. I have a speech impediment and Major Nuerocognitive disorder , and some words I am unable to say, such as one of my diagnosis dysautonia. Because I was unable to pronounce this word, Mr. Caras accused me of being a liar! If he would’ve given me more than five minutes, he would have learned that I was in intense rehabilitation for almost 6 months learning to walk again, talk again; from physical therapy to occupational therapy, memory, cognitive, and speech therapy and I’m still struggling. I regret ever calling this man. All he did was add to my trauma. SHAME ON YOU !

I could tell Mr Caras cared when he agreed to meet with me on a Sunday morning. He provided an excellent consultation and got the insurance company to settle without much fuss!! I recommend him 100% Very good attorney!!

I had the privilege of working with Attorney Sam Carcas on my malpractice case. From the very first conversation, Sam displayed a deep understanding of the complex legal issues surrounding my case. I had the same terrible experience with Sam Caras as did Sheila Burton who wrote her review on this page 4 years ago. Sam was rude and curt and spoke to me and members of my family like he was talking to idiots. He never would directly answer questions about the cost of the law suit and would get angry if you ask.. he has torn our family apart with his promises of a pot of gold on the other side of a fictitious rainbow. Do not go to this man for assistance if you have a wrongful death suit because he is just out for himself and to get you to pay the cost.BEWARE!!

What started out as a Medical Malpractice and ended as a Wrongful Death, Sam Caras & his complete staff were superb to say the least. They were very comforting & loving through the whole terrible ordeal. My late husband was misdiagnosed of having bladder cancer. When he was diagnosed he was already in Stage 4. Sam & his team found some tremendous experts. They reviewed my husband's medical records & said that the year before he was diagnosed his tumor was at Stage 2. And if it was treated then he would still be with us today. His survival rate would have been much higher. My husband had a lot of faith & trust in Sam & David. He thought the world of both of them! My husband was a trooper, never complained, and he hid his pain very well. Even from me. He suffered with this disease for 22 months. He never had a fighting chance. But he continued to have faith in Sam & David! His last words to them (the night before he died) was, "I just want her (me) to be taken care of!" I was there & it made me cry. This TEAM went above & beyond Gary's final wish. I have to be honest. I had contacted another attorney before talking with Sam Caras. After months waiting to hear from him, he finally said that we didn't have a case. Well, all I'm going to say is that his lose was Sam & David's gain!! I wish Gary was here to enjoy the result but know in my heart that he is pleased & happy with the outcome!! I highly recommend the Sam Caras Law Firm!! They are now my extended family!!
