Sam was so helpful after I got in my car accident. He made sure I knew exactly what my next steps were and how to proceed. His case worker Candace stayed on top of my case and gave me updates whenever I requested them. I can’t thank Sam and Candace enough, they are some of the most kind and caring people. Super helpful, punctual, and real, Sam sits down and discusses things with you personally, and Candance is always a pleasure.

My daughter was shot accidentally and we were given Sam's name on a recommendation from a friend. We met with Sam, he explained the ins and outs to us and told us he would get information from the insurance company and get back to us (my daughter mainly). After that, he all but disappeared. The lack of communication, empathy or trying to get him to return calls in a timely manner is unprofessional at any level. We found out that (at least from what he is telling us) that he can't help us and there is no avenue for the insurance company. That is fine, but it would have been better to just sit us down and let us know that.....not send us a letter without a phone call or meeting. I would never recommend this attorney for anything to anybody. UPDATE: Found another attorney who has helped through the process and we now have a case, because Sam failed to do his job adequately.

They are heartless they drag your case out and at the end will drop you like nothing if your case is not a big one you will not be important to them you take off work for appointments they make and they cancel and now your worried about losing your job during a pandemic because you took off for them

Their receptionist apparently likes to hang up on you.

Great attorney with amazing knowledge. Unfortunately this is my 2nd time needing to use him. (Only say that cause obviously being in a accident sucks) However, from the moment of introduction you can rest assure your case will be handled with care. Sam's while legal team is on point. Quick to reply and always friendly. Definitely recommend this firm.

I called today to get a consultation for a personal injury matter. The receptionist who answered the phone cut me off before I could finish my sentence and said “NO HE ISN'T!” I was just asking if Sam had a moment for a quick consult. After That I said “wow you cut me off pretty quickly”, she said “no, how about I take your phone number and he can return your call”. Obviously after that treatment I’m going to take my business elsewhere. Little did she know I was a personal referral from a friend of his, and he lost out on a lot of money. I hope this is a lesson to Sam on who he has answering the phones.
